Hi Everyone,
I hope you're doing well!
This week, I want to touch on something crucial: what happens when you stop putting other people's needs before your own.
Here’s the truth: when you start prioritizing yourself, two things happen. First, those who were only in your life for what they could gain will start to drop away. It’s not easy—these individuals may react with resistance, manipulation, or even belligerence. But this reaction is simply the last attempt to keep things as they were. Stay strong. Define your values and hold the line.
Secondly, as you filter out these negative influences, you’ll begin to notice something wonderful: the people who genuinely care about your well-being will be drawn to you. They’ll appreciate your boundaries, happiness, and contentment. These are the people who uplift you, not drain you.
Think of this process like dirty water passing through a filter—at first, it’s murky and unpleasant, but give it time. Over the next six weeks, you’ll see a transformation in the quality of your environment. And trust me, you’ll thank yourself later.
If this resonates with you, why not take the next step? Email me to book a free consultation, and let's strategize how to navigate this transition together. It could be the key to optimizing your mental health and functioning at your best.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Best wishes,
Tom
